Are your fragrances authentic?+
Yes. Every bottle is 100% authentic, sourced from authorized distributors and wholesale suppliers. We never sell clones, oils, or 'inspired by' products. If a fragrance is ever proven inauthentic, you get a full refund — no return required.
How can I verify my bottle myself?+
Every fragrance has a batch code printed on the box and engraved or printed on the bottle. Look them up free at CheckFresh.com or CheckCosmetic.net — the codes confirm the manufacturer, production date, and authenticity. We encourage every customer to check.
Why are your prices so much lower than department stores?+
We buy in wholesale volume from distributors and don't pay for retail storefronts, commissions, or brand-boutique markups. The product is identical — the overhead isn't.
Ordering
How do I order?+
Two ways. On the website: add to cart and check out — payment is processed securely by Stripe (we never see your card number). On Discord: join the server, open an order ticket, and we'll send you a private Stripe checkout link for the same products at the same prices.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. Payments run entirely through Stripe — the same processor used by Amazon, Shopify, and millions of businesses. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards, plus the wallets Stripe supports at checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and similar, depending on your device).
Shipping & Tracking
How long does shipping take?+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days since our fragrances ship directly from our sourcing partners. You'll get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships.
How much is shipping?+
Standard shipping is $9.95, free on orders over $100.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page with your email and the 8-character order code from your confirmation screen and email. You can also ask in our Discord and we'll look it up for you.
I lost my order code. What do I do?+
Check your confirmation email — the code is in the dark box near the top. Can't find it? Contact us or ping us on Discord with the email you ordered with and we'll resend it.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?+
Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene and authenticity-chain reasons we can't accept opened bottles — full details on the Returns & Refunds page.
My package arrived damaged. What now?+
Take photos of the box and bottle and contact us within 48 hours of delivery (website contact form or Discord ticket). We'll replace it or refund you in full.
