Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Unopened and unused, in original sealed packaging
• In the same condition as received

We cannot accept returns on opened fragrances due to the nature of the product.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@maisonelite.store with your order reference and reason for return
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
